Shipping policy

We use Canada Post to Ship our products. Due to higher volumes of parcels being shipped, there can be a delay by the carrier. We will always send out a confirmation email once you order has been fulfilled and provide you with a tracking number for your package. If you choose a non-tracked parcel option in Shipping, we are not responsible for that item once shipping. We will send you a picture of the package before we drop it off to the mail.
